They are looking for a visionary Executive Producer to lead and inspire their production team, ensuring every event is executed to the highest standard. Position Terms: Employment Type: Full-time, permanent Salary: $160,000 - $170,000 plus super Location: Sydney, working full-time in the office The Role: As Executive Producer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering the agencies most ambitious events with key clients. This is a leadership position that requires a strategic mindset, exceptional production expertise, and a hands-on approach to managing high-profile projects. You will be responsible for overseeing a talented team, ensuring the seamless execution of events from concept to completion. Key Responsibilities; Leadership & Team Development: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of production coordinators, associate producers, producers, and senior producers, fostering a high-performing culture. End-to-End Event Production: Oversee the planning, budgeting, logistics, and execution of large-scale events, ensuring all projects meet deadlines and exceed expectations. Strategic Direction: Work closely with senior management to shape the agency’s overall event strategy, creative direction, and operational approach. Client & Stakeholder Management: Serve as a senior point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication, strong relationships, and successful event outcomes. Proposal Development: Collaborate with internal teams to develop compelling event proposals and pitch presentations that win new clients. Budget & Commercial Management: Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring cost control while maximising production value. Operational Excellence: Continuously refine production processes, identify efficiencies, and implement best practices to improve team performance and event delivery. Risk & Crisis Management: Anticipate potential challenges, troubleshoot issues in real time, and ensure all events are delivered safely and professionally. The Candidate: The successful candidate will have a a deep understanding of event production, strong business acumen, and a passion for creating world-class experiences and events for clients. Strong leadership experience is essential for this role. Extensive experience in event production within an agency environment. Proven leadership skills, with experience managing and mentoring teams. Strong financial and commercial acumen, with the ability to manage complex budgets. Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure environments while maintaining a calm and solution-focused approach. Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to negotiate and build long-term relationships. Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities, with a hands-on approach to execution. Ability to work outside of normal business hours when required. Ability to work in the office 5 days a week.
