We are seeking compassionate and experienced Mental Health Community Clinicians to join our team.
In this role, you will provide comprehensive mental health assessments, interventions, and support to individuals and families in underserved communities.
You will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to deliver person-centred care and promote mental well-being.
You will have the chance to travel Australia, build on your skills and experience, all whilst receiving a competitive rate and support for accommodation.
Contract Length: Minimum 4-12 weeks availability, allowing for adequate orientation and the opportunity to provide continuing care.
Locations: Our clients are based in various locations in Regional and Remote QLD.

Our clients are looking for experienced Mental Health Nurses who have experience in: Adult/CYMHSQLD CIMHA Experience EssentialRequirements to apply: Tertiary qualifications in Nursing and General AHPRA Registration.A minimum of three years' experience in mental health community settings, preferably in regional, rural, or remote areas.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Commitment to cultural sensitivity and inclusivity.Key Responsibilities: Conduct mental health assessments and develop individualised care plans.Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions.Offer crisis intervention and support.Collaborate with healthcare professionals, community organizations, and support services.Educate and empower clients and their families about mental health.Participate in community outreach and mental health promotion activities.Why Choose Medacs?
