These include general academic advice, emotional support, technical assistance, as well as enquiries relating to courses and University processes. This role provides end-to-end administrative support throughout the student journey, from enrolment through to graduation.Reporting to the Team Leader, the Student Advisor will join a team of authentic, passionate people who want you to be the best that you can be. This isn't just a job; it's a true career where you'll make a tangible difference in people's lives.About YouTo be successful in this role, we are looking for someone with the following:An authentic person with a story to tell - we believe life experiences add to our ability to work things out, make good decisions, and ultimately help our students.Previous experience in a support role providing excellent support to end-user customers.A minimum Bachelor level degree (must have completed).Great communication and people skills.A solution-focused approach with a proactive attitude to supporting your customers.Enjoy being part of a team and contributing to its success.Availability for different shift patterns.This is a full-time role, and you must be available to work shifts. An example of a shift pattern is below:Week 1: 9-5Week 2: 1-9Week 3: 9-5Week 4: 8-4Week 5: 9-5 with weekend.
