Qualifications & Experience:
AQF Diploma including at least two years of experience. At least three years of relevant experience may substitute for the formal qualifications.
Task and Duties include (but not limited to)
· Negotiate and review contracts for the operation and maintenance of all facilities of associated entities (service stations, motels)
· Address inquiries and resolve issues related to service and wholesale import contracts .
Manage documentation for import contracts and dealing with AQUIS and Australian Customs
· Collaborate with management to ensure financial goals are met
· Advise senior management on critical issues associated with contract matters and implement their decisions.
· Oversee contractors work, coordinate, and accept any changes to work orders.
· Selecting corporate and individual contractors for ongoing operational matters and addressing maintenance related issues
· Prepare and review monthly reports related to contract of sale, services and import of all associated entities and present to the general manager.
· Collect and analyse data, monitoring deadlines ensuring compliance with commissioning agreements and other contractual obligations of the company group.
· Might be involved in negotiation contracts associated with acquiring new businesses or management /commission rights
