Full time ASO8 $121,107-$125,679 per annum + superannuation About the Role: The Business Transformation Leader will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of a strategic program of work in designing, building and leading improvements across the Division that embrace the use of business intelligence and focus on delivering more agile, efficient, and streamlined Infrastructure functions for the Department, schools and preschools. The Business Transformation Leader will achieve this through engaging with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders to create and embed a Business Improvement Framework and tailored Digital Transformation and Customer Service Strategies. Desirable Qualifications: Pertinent tertiary qualifications in, for example, Information Technology, business improvement or other relevant discipline or equivalent experience. Project management certification (E.g.: PRINCE2, AgilePM, CAPM). Special Conditions: The successful applicant is required to gain a Department for Human Services (DHS) working with children check (WWCC) prior to being employed which is required to be renewed every five years before expiry. The incumbent will be required to undertake RRHAN -EC (Responding to Risks of Harm, Abuse and Neglect - Education Care) Facilitator Lead (Masterclass) extended course or the online (Fundamentals) course which will be required to be updated every three years.
