Procare's Factual Investigation Division are experiencing continued growth and are seeking an Investigations Case Coordinator to work within our established team based at our South Australian office in Adelaide. This is an integral role in the operations of the factual investigations division and requires the successful candidate to have an understanding of the insurance industry. This is a full time, permanent role. The Role: Initial point of contact for all internal and external enquiries; Updating our valued clients on the progress of factual investigations; Assisting investigators with field enquiries and case administration; Personal Injury investigations support; Coordinating meeting room hire, travel bookings and preparing external information requests; Data entry and administration within our database; Drafting correspondence for internal and external distribution; Skip traces & witness location support. About You: Excellent customer service focus and client-centred approach; Intermediate to strong computer skills (Microsoft Office); Experience, exposure and/or an interest within a relevant industry (insurance, factual investigations or legal); Scheduling and managing important due dates to ensure timeframes are met on investigations; Strong attention to detail; Exceptional time management and organisational skills; Ability to thrive under pressure; Have excellent written & verbal communication skills.
