As this role is on the road and work from home, your ability to manage your time and coordinate a busy diary will be essential. So too will be how well you build rapport with clients and help them navigate the logistics and stress of relocating. Some of what you will be doing: Carrying out in home inspections in the Perth area Formulating pricing and proposals that best suit the client Promote full suite of services to ensure our clients' needs are met Assist with any service issues ensuring effective and timely solutions Promote customer feedback as we strive to always improve Maintain exemplary customer service throughout About you: Ideally you will have experience or exposure to the removals industry and can demonstrate you are a proven customer-centric and solution-focused individual. This role is not a hard sell, the key is to have empathy and respect for our broad client base in their own homes.
