This is a broad role, focused on a variety of challenging day to day financial analysis to help drive commercial performance.In this key role you will:Work side-by-side with teams to deliver budgets and forecasts, and shape big ideas.Use your financial expertise and commercial problem-solving skills to identify and help drive areas of growth and opportunity.Engage stakeholders to deliver expert advice and drive strategic financial analysis.Manage development of budgets and forecasts and liaise with the business to identify emerging issues, risk and contingencies.Conduct ad hoc financial analysis to support the business objectives, including customer profitability, competitive tenders, business cases and scenario modelling.Deliver accurate and timely financial reports and insights to internal and external stakeholders.Provide leadership, guidance, and support on financial matters to the business and support the ELT to drive strategic business growth.To be successful you will need:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CA or CPA preferred.At least 8 years of similar, relevant experience.High level commercial acumen, BI skills and strong financial judgement.Strong collaboration skills, to partner with the ELT and also work with the Finance Managers and Financial Controller.Ability to understand and interpret financial data and trends in a commercially complex environment where information may need to be carefully assessed.Proficiency in financial modelling and forecasting techniques.A proven track record of driving process improvements and delivering results in a fast-paced environment.The ability to work autonomously while providing strong, senior support to the CFO.Does this sound interesting?Please apply ASAP, outlining your skills, experience, and qualifications.
