Collaborating with cross-functional teams, the Web Designer plays a key role in defining the visual and interactive direction of our web presence. What You’ll Do Design and develop innovative, responsive web interfaces and experiences that meet business and user needs. Lead design projects from concept to delivery, ensuring high-quality and timely execution. Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to communicate concepts effectively. Take guidance and direction from the Brand Design Manager to ensure cohesive execution of design initiatives Collaborate with developers, product managers, and content creators to ensure seamless implementation of designs. Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions and improve responsiveness. Optimize designs for performance, scalability, and accessibility across various screen sizes and devices. Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in responsive web design and usability. What You’ll Bring Experience : 5 years of experience in web design, with a proven track record in responsive design projects. Education : Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). Technical Skills : Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD) and Figma. Expertise in responsive design principles and best practices for mobile-first design. Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript for creating feasible interfaces. Familiarity with CMS platforms like WordPress, Webflow, or others. Knowledge of SEO principles and accessibility guidelines (e.g., WCAG). Understanding of branding and graphic design principles. Soft Skills : Excellent communication and presentation skills. Strong problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
