The Role: We are looking for a Sales Administrator who will play a vital role in the success of the day-to-day operations for the office. Your Responsibilities: · Provide administrative support to the Principal & Operations Manager. · Manage front of house and provide exceptional customer service to office visitors and clients. · Oversee property listings on online platforms ensuring accuracy and timeliness. · Coordinate open home packs and keys. · Maintain and update the CRM system including client and property records. · Drive social media and email marketing campaigns with assistance of the Operations Manager. · General office assistant duties including managing phone calls, emails, and office supplies. About You: · You are a proactive go-getter with exceptional people and customer service skills. · Ideally 6-12 months experience in an Administration role. Real Estate experience highly regarded but not essential. · Strong organisational skills with great attention to detail. · Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with real estate software such as AgentBox and PropertyMe. · Excellent written and verbal communication skills. · A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
