The Role
Reporting to the Branch Manager, we are seeking an ambitious and motivated person to join the team in our Griffith Branch. You will need to be customer service focused, open to learning, and career-minded.
Duties include:
1. Assist with customer enquiries face to face and over the phone
2. Counter sales including customer development
3. Follow up and providing notification of outstanding orders
4. Maintaining a professional store presentation
5. Assisting with receipt and dispatch of products
6. Pick, Pack and delivery of orders to customers
7. Stock management
8. Raising quotations and quotation follow-up
9. Comply with company & customer QHSE standards & policies
10. Contribute to continuous improvement
Required skills and attributes:
1. Competent PC skills
2. Professional personal presentation
3. Customer Service experience
4. Strong attention to detail
5. Willing to learn new skills
Industry experience is not essential, just a willingness to learn, confidence, and desire to develop your skills and knowledge. You will need to be able to perform manual handling tasks and be available to work some overtime. Forklift licence is preferred but not essential.
