The MD is tech-forward, so comfort with digital tools and a knack for streamlining processes are essential.Your Day to Day Responsibilities:Calendar Management & Prioritisation: Master the MD's complex schedule, proactively resolving conflicts and keeping everything running like clockwork.Board & Stakeholder Liaison: Be the key contact for board members, shareholders, and executives, handling ASX announcements, board packs, AGMs, and critical communications with precision.Committee Support: Assist the various internal committees however they need support.Team & Office Oversight: Oversee an administration assistant, manage executive strategy sessions, and keep the office operations seamless.
