Reporting to the National Manager, Trusts and Foundations and working alongside dedicated, energised, and passionate team members, you will:Cultivate and deepen relationships with existing and potential lower-mid value trusts and foundationsAssist with the preparation of reports and submissionsProvide day-to-day administrative support to our Philanthropy ManagersAbout youAs well as passion for community, you will bring the following:Tertiary qualification and/or equivalent workplace experience in a similar roleExperience in the philanthropic, not-for-profit, Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) sector. Experience gained in private banking or wealth management could also equip you well for this roleExperience building strong relationships with a diverse range of stakeholdersCapability to collaborate or work autonomously; organising your own day, problem solving and adapting when things don’t go to planComputer literacy, numeracy and reporting skills including detail focus and experience working with financial documentationMotivation and drive; with an eagerness to learn, complete administrative tasks and achieve goals.Employees are at the centre of The Smith Family’s values and operations.
