The Role: You will be responsible for: Forecasting of potential listings & sales Managing advertising campaigns and the sales process of projects Preparing weekly reports for the Director Collecting information from all inquiries, sales inspections, and online media Managing exchanges and pending exchanges Manage and organise the CRM daily Diary & calendar management Compliance with sales files and administration Ensure all buyer inquiries are managed and entered into the CRM Preparing listing presentations Maintain website management Saturday open homes The Candidate: Previous Real Estate Experience is essential: Motivated self-starter Integrity, loyalty, and honesty Time management and organisational skills Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Certificate of Registration/Real Estate License, Car and Drivers License The Benefits: This is a high-profile, boutique office in the Eastern Suburbs.
