The Role We are looking for a driven and competent Chef De Partie to join the team on a full-time basis. The ideal person will have the following experience:1 - 2 years cooking in high-end restaurants and at a CDP level.Experience in Asian kitchens or a passion for Asian cooking ideal.Able to work in a fast-paced team and environment.Calm under pressure with good communication and attention to detail.Experience on wok ideally but not essential.
