So, if you share our ambition, join us at this exciting moment in our journey to get Ahead Together.About the RoleThe Trade Channel Analyst role will be responsible for analytics to support successful tender and commercial deal submissions, including tracking the performance as part of contract management and identifying growth opportunities. You’ll be tasked with analysing market data, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights to optimise our trade channel and business development operations. Additionally, you’ll be responsible for commercial pricing governance process.Your role will be varied and will include:Evaluate the trade channel initiatives and strategies.Collaborate with Trade Channel, Business Development and Tenders, marketing, and finance teams to develop trade channel strategies.Analyse data to assist in developing pricing strategies and pricing proposals for tenders.Conduct comprehensive market analysis to understand various trade channel dynamics and identify growth opportunities.Provide data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making.Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track performance, including key performance indicators (KPIs).Support the development of pricing, promotion, and distribution strategies.Provide regular performance updates and recommendations to senior management.Facilitate commercial pricing governance process with key stakeholders.About you?This is a multi-faceted role that requires proven experience as an analyst, preferably within the pharmaceutical or consumer healthcare industry, coupled with excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey complex data and insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.You’ll also have:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field or prior experience in a similar role.Experience with data visualisation tools, preference for proficiency with Power BI, as well as data analysis tools and software e.g. Excel, SQL.Be an innovative thinker, with the ability to problem solve and think outside the box.Attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy and integrity by performing data validation and cleaning.Why join us?At GSK, we challenge ourselves to get Ahead Together – to make a positive impact on global health; for growth; in an environment where people can thrive.
