Internal Communications (Marketing & Communications) Full time Salary: $106025 - $117363 p.a.+ Super + Leave Loading Type: Temporary Opportunity until 30th June 2025 (Maternity Cover) Location: Sydney, McKell with flexible working model with hybrid working options from home and Sydney office We're looking for a dynamic, resourceful and highly motivated individual to join our NSW Government Digital Channels team.The role will assist in coordinating and implementing the communication and engagement plans and strategies to support the Department of Customer Service (DCS) lighthouse project, the OneCX program.You will specialise in developing written content and managing communication channels to deliver effective, all of government communications and engagement activities for the organisation.Alongside the team, you will develop, implement and evaluate communications activities to support the key business objectives and improve program engagement.Proactive and solutions-focused, you will collaborate with other teams, stakeholders and subject matter experts within the Digital Channels team, and across various agencies and clusters to deliver an effective, integrated engagement plan.To be successful in this role you should demonstrate: Tertiary qualification and/or relevant work experience, for example, an internal communications or engagement role supporting an all of government initiative.Excellent communication and writing skills.Experience in preparing, editing and producing content across multiple channels including content management systems, and Mailchimp or similar.High-level attention to detail, organisation and prioritisation.Sound knowledge and understanding of contemporary communication policies and practices.A collaborative, positive and proactive approach.
