The OpportunityThe role of 'Roving' Facility Manager (AHPRA registration preferred) will see the successful applicant work across all of our SEQ facilities. Southeast QLD - Infinite Care (infin8care.com.au) The role will also act as the "right hand" to our State Manager and require you to:Travel regularly between our facilities located across SEQ.Travel when required to cover any of our other facilities as needed across Australia.Offer support as a Care Manager when required, provided AHPRA registration is in place.Manage a skilled work force, and by doing so deliver excellent resident centric care.Meet compliance objectives and safe and effective care.Actively manage occupancy rates, labour costs and operational expenditure.Drive a resident and family centred culture through engagement and consultation.About youYou may be an experienced State or Regional Manager who has previously run multiple facilities and is now looking to "scale back" the scope of their role or you may be a Facility Manager who is looking to take that next "intermediate" step before moving into a State, Regional or Operations Management role in the future. Either way you will need to be an excellent leader and communicator who is innovative in their thinking and has strong attention to detail.
