Candidates who can teach both one-on-one and group cello lessons will be given priority. Teacher Responsibilities: Provide personalized one-on-one and group cello lessons to students of various ages and skill levels. Develop customized lesson plans that align with each student's abilities and goals. Inspire and motivate students to achieve their full musical potential. Monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback to both students and parents. Encourage student participation in performances and ensemble activities. Demonstrate punctuality, reliability, and the ability to work independently. Create a positive, engaging, and supportive learning environment. Specific Responsibilities for Cello: Teach cello techniques, repertoire, and performance skills. Coach students on performance preparation for solo and ensemble settings. Prepare students for AMEB exams (preferred). Integrate music theory into practical lessons where applicable. Requirements: Experience teaching the AMEB syllabus is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. A genuine passion for teaching and inspiring students. Comprehensive knowledge of cello techniques and repertoire. Experience working with students of all ages, from young beginners to advanced players. Education: Bachelor's degree or higher (preferred).
