We are seeking an engaged all-rounder with strong customer focus and technical proficiency to deliver an inclusive library service to our community!As a part-time Library Officer, you will act as a first point of contact and assist with customer enquiries. You will issue and discharge library materials, receipt monies, facilitate venue bookings in consultation with the Customer Service team, as well as maintain library membership records. Your proficiency with IT and patient, friendly approach will be essential for supporting our customers in accessing and navigating a variety of online services.
