The Role As the Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will support the Restaurant Manager overseeing both the restaurant and lounge bar. You will lead and inspire a team of up to eight front-of-house staff, ensuring the delivery of exceptional service that is both refined and approachable. Leadership is key in this position, and you’ll be supporting, training and mentoring your team to ensure they can deliver the level of service expected in a venue of this calibre. Your passion for food and wine, coupled with your strong leadership skills, will be the driving force behind the restaurant’s continued success. What they're looking for The ideal candidate will have a background in fine dining or high-end hospitality, with a deep understanding of wine service (WSET Level 1 or 2 preferred).
