In this dynamic role, you'll assist internal and external customers with enquiries, provide accurate information, and help deliver positive experiences through multiple communication channels—including phone, email, and in-person interactions.
We're looking for multiple consultants with excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and a team-focused attitude.

About the role: Handle a variety of customer enquiries across multiple channels, providing accurate information.
Resolve service requests, complaints, and general enquiries.
Apply council guidelines to ensure accurate and consistent responses.
Maintain accurate records in line with council policies.
Contribute to a safe, healthy work environment by following procedures.
About you: Previous experience providing exceptional customer service is required.
Passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences.
Clear and effective communication to handle diverse customer enquiries.
Collaborative, positive, and supportive of team goals.
Current Driver's Licence.
