Assist in coaching and development of eCommerce coordinator.Your key responsibilities will include:Inventory & Product ManagementWorking with the e-Commerce Manager and Merchandise teams to maximize stock to optimize sale and profit opportunities.Understand the products and categories that drive sales for the business and identify opportunities to drive improvements and achieve business KPIs including sales, profit, and sell-through.Support the Coordinator in ensuring product enrichment & upload is managed efficiently and in a timely manner.Support in reviewing merchandising presentation on site to leverage sales opportunities.Marketing & Content ManagementAssist in building and maintaining creative briefs for marketing calendar across all digital channels and website.Work with marketing team to help build out content across channels.Develop and implement relevant content and product landing pages to support marketing campaigns as required.Site UX and Website MaintenanceAssist Ecommerce Manager with future development pipeline, collaborating on ideas to improve UX and reduce friction points to improve conversion rate.Support in UAT and Development testing.Collaborate with Ecommerce Manager in reviewing and optimizing tech stack e.g., Reviews, Sizing Tools, Search Tools.Email Marketing & CRM SupportCollaborate with Ecommerce Manager and CRM Manager to build EDM campaign plan including A/B testing strategies.Create, build, and schedule EDMs as per marketing calendar.Support the automation and retention email strategy.Contribute to the Daily, Weekly, and Monthly eCommerce sales report (using MS Excel and Word) including relevant commentary.Produce ad-hoc reporting where necessary.Monitor & analyze relevant website metrics and take appropriate action.Support eCommerce Team with Campaigns / Pricing & PromotionsExecuted accurately and within deadlines.Ensure setup & removal of onsite promotions.Where necessary ensure online promotions are aligned and launched in line with in-store activity.To succeed in this role, you will need to have the following:3-5 years’ retail inventory management experience.Minimum 2 years eCommerce operations coordination.Preferably footwear retail or wholesale background.Effective written and verbal communication skills.Can-do attitude, hands-on and responsive.Able to prioritize and meet deadlines.Work independently and as part of a team.Highly self-driven with initiative to be hands-on to support wider team.Analytical skills experience with Google Analytics (or similar).Highly organized with great communication skills.At Accent Group Limited we are committed to creating an inclusive workplace that promotes and values diversity and inclusion.
