Your next career opportunity: As a Learning Experience Designer, you will be a key contributor to the University's Organisational Development Centre of Excellence (OD COE), designing innovative, human-centred solutions to unlock organisational potential.
This role goes beyond traditional L&D—it's about using human-centred design to deeply understand organisational challenges and deliver end-to-end solutions that enable our people to excel in delivering the University's mission.
You will leverage systems thinking, design methodologies, and the latest advancements in adult learning science to create impactful learning experiences that integrate seamlessly into the broader organisational ecosystem.
Your responsibilities will include: Diagnose Organisational Needs: Apply human-centred and systems design approaches to identify underlying challenges and opportunities, ensuring solutions address real needs and enable the University's purpose.
Design Transformative Solutions: Create innovative, end-to-end learning experiences that go beyond courses—combining tools, resources, and experiential learning to drive behaviour change and measurable impact.
Build for the Future: Use technology, predictive data insights, and learning transfer evaluation models (, LTEM) to design scalable and sustainable solutions that align with the University's long-term goals.Think Systemically: Consider the broader organisational context, ensuring solutions integrate effectively with existing processes and contribute to broader organisational performance and purpose.
Facilitate Engaging Experiences: Deliver interactive, inclusive learning experiences tailored to diverse learners across the University.
Measure and Enhance Impact: Use data-driven insights to evaluate and continuously refine learning experiences, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
