Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven National Director of Sales to lead all sales efforts across our portfolio of hotels and resorts.
Key Responsibilities:
* Sales Strategy Development: Design, implement, and manage national sales strategies to maximize profitability, optimize room occupancy, and generate new business.
* Corporate Inbound, Wholesale & Group Sales: Utilize your strong expertise in corporate, inbound, wholesale distribution channels, and group business to drive significant revenue from high-value accounts and partnerships.
* Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key corporate accounts, travel agents, MICE, Airlines and industry partners to drive long-term business opportunities.
* Revenue Generation: Collaborate with the revenue management team to implement pricing strategies and yield management that maximize revenue per available room (RevPAR).
* Market Research & Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify growth opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly.
* Reporting & Forecasting: Provide regular sales performance reports, forecasts, and strategic recommendations to senior management.
* Brand Promotion: Work closely with the marketing department to create compelling promotional materials and campaigns that align with our brand's vision and objectives.
* Training & Development: Provide ongoing coaching and development to the sales team, ensuring they are equipped with the tools and knowledge to succeed.
