Your role as a client service manager is to oversee the successful delivery of tax services and ensure the accuracy to your group of clients. This will involve analysis, resolving technical and operational issues before the delivery of products to clients. You will be responsible for liaising with clients to ensure their needs are being satisfied and to discuss industry related and technical topics with them. It will also be important to develop strong relationships with internal divisions of thepany and to manage special projects and assignments. You will be responsible for risk management and participating in increasing product offerings and new business.

What you will be responsible for
As a Tax Client Service Manager you will
1. Tax reporting oversight for our clients
2. Client relationship building and engagement
3. Year end audit management and planning
4. Technical support for tax distributions and tax provisioning
5. Work closely with clients, auditors and internal teams to ensure the reports are fit for requirement.
6. Client solutioning and ability to manage tax requirements
7. Actively managing risk, issues and incidents impacting Tax Reporting.
8. Business Activity Statement lodgements

9. Strong tax technical knowledge
10. The ability to answer client and external auditor/advisor's queries
11. Strong time management andmunication skills
12. Ability to work under pressure to meet varying deadlines and work volumes
13. Management skills and the ability to work in a team environment
14. Confident in making decisions autonomously and taking initiative
15. Taxation financial services experience - in particular managed investment trusts and industry superannuation funds
16. Tax andpliance experience
17. Minimum five years of work experience in accounting, legal, financial markets, custody or operations.
Education & Preferred Qualifications:
18. CA / CPA qualified or working towards qualification
