The Patient Account Assistant will identify any inappropriate insurance payments and follow daily system balancing procedures. This role will research unidentified payments made and perform other related work as requested.Exceptional Skills and QualificationsHigh school diploma or GED equivalent required.Two (2) years’ experience in a healthcare setting, financial institution and/or cash operations required.Familiarity with Epic work queues strongly preferred.Experience in healthcare/medical billing strongly preferred.This position will allow the flexibility to work remotely after the initial training period with the expectation to work on-site on an as-needed basis per the needs of the hiring department.Why Community?At Community Health Network, we build teams that deliver exceptional care through empathy, communication, and collaboration.
