The Role
We are looking for multiple candidates to fill both Full-time and Part-time positions in this role.
Reporting to the Director of Rooms, in this role you will:
* Welcome and assist guests with luggage, room escorts and valet parking, while promoting hotel outlets and safety features.
* Handle guest inquiries, phone calls, mail, and amenity deliveries, maintaining professional etiquette and timely service.
* Support the Concierge team, addressing guest concerns, assisting with baggage storage and ensuring lobby tidiness.
* Train new associates and participate in training programs to enhance service skills and knowledge.
Talent Profile
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail.
* Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
* Positive team player, adaptable to changing situations and guest demands.
* Skilled at maintaining a calm and efficient approach in dynamic environments.
* Current Western Australia Driver’s License – C Class (manual and automatic).
