The successful candidate will possess a professional, positive and friendly personality. Responsibilities: Managing new leads from initial inquiry through to signing preliminary agreement and plan preparation. Updating and creating house and land packages. Present quotations and ensure customers are clear on all its inclusions. Lead generation via social media and marketing campaigns. Completing site inspections on potential customers' land and potential land purchases. Keeping up to date with land releases in the area. Maintaining professional relationships with real estate agents and developers and building new alliances. Reporting to the Company management, you will liaise with our entire team to ensure the best outcomes. You enjoy working as part of a team and with a variety of customers. You have an Australian Drivers' licence and a suitable vehicle. You are willing and able to work on weekends.
