Your Role
You will be making outbound calls to current Dulux account holders to connect, understand and qualify the current customer partnership to establish growth and improvement opportunities within these accounts.
As a representative of one of Australia's most trusted brands, you will be part of a larger team and provided with coaching, developing and mentoring to help you grow your career.
Key Responsibilities
Lead customer contact for increased understanding of Dulux Trade account holders
Ensure Outbound call completion for daily/weekly assigned requirements
Manage and update customer key information within CRM database
Collaborate with stakeholders to assist resolve customer concerns and complaints

Excellent communication skills with ability and confidence to ask open questions and seek deeper customer insights
Strong listening skills with curious intent and empathetic approach
Comfortable conducting entry level sales conversations
Previous sales or customer service experience
