Job Description:
In this HR Business Partner role, you would work with the national HR team and national stakeholders in delivering key change initiatives and strategic programs in such areas as performance, succession, engagement, retention, and organisational development all through a commercial and sustainable lens.
Your Role:
* Develop a strong profile, network and relationships across your portfolio and the broader firm to become a trusted HR and business advisor with influence;
* Support the creation and delivery of key strategic talent initiatives, programs, and projects within your portfolio;
* Provide guidance for more complex HR issues for the wider HR team as necessary in such items as case management, performance management and investigations, and policy decisions;
* Work closely with business leaders to operationalise strategy;
* Utilise data & analytics to provide insights to business leaders enabling commercially focussed people decision and strategies;
* Collaborate with HR Centres of Excellence in Resourcing, Talent Development and Talent Operations to design and deliver talent programs that provide consistency of experience and leverage scale whilst also adapting to directly address business unit needs;
* Guide leaders through change initiatives, particularly in relation to talent management strategies including performance, reward, career paths, diversity, resource planning and retention;
About You:
* We welcome applications from people with approximately 5 years' experience in HR Business Partnering within a complex organisation.
* Professional services industry experience preferred but not essential.
* Strong relationship building, influencing, and coaching skills and strength in dealing with senior stakeholders;
* You will be able to create HR strategic and tactical initiatives that are both tied to the Firm's overall strategy and relevant to your portfolio;
* A proven ability in working with a team and able to deliver initiatives through others;
* You will possess commercial acumen and a financial lens with a high degree of comfort working with data / analytics / spreadsheets;
* A strong understanding and practical application of Employee Relations;
* Strong capability in coaching and developing leaders.
