Administrator - Workers Compensation
Delivering administration support to the Injury Management specialist and general portfolio, including other key stakeholders.
The Opportunity
To partner with and support the Injury Management team, including the Head of Workers Compensation, to drive a continuous improvement approach in our workers compensation program.
* Possessing the ability to multitask
* Having excellent computer skills – speed and accuracy
* Being proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook and other organisational tools
* Being organised and detail-oriented
* Possessing strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to communicate with business managers and employees and other stakeholders.
About You
You will enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, have excellent attention to detail, and be a strong advocate for embedding best practice into daily activities.
You will be organised and efficient, willing to learn, and drive a continuous improvement approach.
Qualifications for Success
* A minimum of 2 years' experience in administration/support type roles
* Exposure to workers compensation, insurance would be an advantage
* Desirable: Return to Work Coordinator training appropriate to the State or Territory, valid driver's license, experience working in healthcare, certificate in Administration, Certificate IV or higher in Personal Injury Management
