This is an opportunity for a HR professional to make a significant impact within a dynamic environment in the community services sector. Operating from three sites, this business delivers a wide range of services to the local community with their dedicated team.Key Responsibilities:Offering proactive HR support throughout the businessProviding expert advice and support to the leadership team on employee relations and performance management mattersManaging onboarding, offboarding and staff trainingSupporting recruitment and talent acquisition activitiesLeading and managing any HR investigationsEnsuring all HR activities are culturally appropriatePreparing regular HR reports for the executive leadership teamRequired Qualifications:Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources Management or similar3+ years’ experience in a generalist HR roleStrong knowledge of HR policies, procedures and best practicesExcellent judgment and problem-solving skillsProfessionalism, discretion, and a customer-focused attitudeProficiency in MS Office suiteExceptional communication skills, both written and verbalApplications from Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander individuals are preferred.
