Job Title: Assistant Director Staff Wellbeing

Primary Objective: To lead the delivery of system-wide staff wellbeing initiatives designed to support the wellbeing of all educators, school leaders, and corporate staff in their work. This involves working collaboratively across the branch and divisions within the agency to inform and deliver an integrated response to the wellbeing strategy.
About the Role:
* This role is responsible for overseeing the development and integration of wellbeing initiatives and has experience managing a team to deliver the department's service strategy relating to employee wellbeing.
* The successful applicant will utilise contemporary evidence-based practices and data to inform support and service delivery that improves employee wellbeing, engagement, resilience, and safety of the workforce.

Remuneration Package: $150,506 - $167,941 (including salary $128,551 - $143,611)
