The Research Officer will be seconded to the Western Victoria Primary Health Network (WVPHN) office in Geelong, Victoria. They will work closely with investigators, clinicians, healthcare consumers, and stakeholders to design, implement, and evaluate strategies that make a tangible difference in community health outcomes.About YouYou will:• Help develop, implement, and evaluate tailored strategies to increase vaccination rates for COVID-19, influenza, pneumococcus, and shingles in primary care settings.• Engage in co-design processes with healthcare consumers to create impactful, patient-centred interventions.• Collect, analyse, and synthesize data to assess project effectiveness.• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of researchers, clinicians, and healthcare stakeholders.• Contribute to ethics applications, peer-reviewed publications, and public presentations.You will reside in or close to the Western Victoria Primary Health Network catchment for the duration of the project.About UsThe Centre for Healthcare Resilience and Implementation Science (CHRIS) is part of the Australian Institute of Health Innovation (AIHI) within the Faculty of Medicine and Health Science at Macquarie University.
