Responsibilities
* Efficiently manage and coordinate daily workshop activities, ensuring optimal workflow and timely completion of service and repair tasks.
* Supervise and mentor a team of skilled technicians, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
* Monitor and maintain high-quality standards in service delivery, adhering to manufacturer guidelines and industry best practices.
* Utilize technical expertise to assist technicians in troubleshooting and problem resolution.
* Ensure customers receive the best quality service.
* Ensure vehicles are repaired and/or serviced in accordance with customer instructions and manufacturer's guidelines.
Requirements
* Proven experience in automotive service management or a similar leadership role.
* Strong technical background with a thorough understanding of automotive systems and diagnostics.
* Excellent organizational and communication skills.
* Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
