We're seeking dedicated individuals to join our care team in the Maitland/Rutherford/Abergasslyn Region. This permanent part-time role is within our Child and Family Services, where our team members provide tailored therapeutic interventions for children and young people in Out of Home Care.
The Role
As a valued member of our care team, you'll play a crucial role in assisting children and young people to fulfill their potential. You'll do this through day-to-day provision of care, nurturing, and safety in our Out of Home Care Programme.
Main Responsibilities
1. Provide tailored care and support to each child or young person's unique needs.
2. Help children and young people overcome trauma and build resilience on their journey to adulthood.
3. Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve positive outcomes for the children and young people in our care.
