Hotel Sales ManagerAs our Hotel Sales Manager, you will play a key role in developing and implementing effective sales strategies to drive revenue and increase market share.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and maximize market penetration.Identify, pursue and manage new business opportunities, including corporate accounts, group bookings, and events.Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and partners to ensure repeat business and satisfaction.Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay informed about industry trends and adjust strategies accordingly.Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling promotional materials and campaigns.Manage the sales budget, forecast future sales, and analyze performance metrics to ensure goals are met.Represent the hotel at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to enhance the hotel's visibility and reputation.Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless execution of client needs and expectations.Requirements:Previous hotel sales management experience is essential.Strong written and verbal communication skills with key stakeholders.Pride in personal presentation and grooming.Sound time management and problem-solving skills.Advanced PMS & IVvy experience is desirable.The successful candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a proven track record in sales management.
