A new opportunity exists for A Service Administrator to join our team on a full-time basis to assist with the daily running and continue the growth of our business. We provide an extensive range of commercial electrical services to high profile commercial clients across the SEQ region. About the Role This role offers flexibility, stability & long-term job security for the successful applicant You must be efficient in managing multiple tasks and a good communicator to both the Electricians as well as external customers and suppliers.Reporting to the Service Manager, you will provide assistance to a team of electricians, duties will include;Scheduling of field technicians including job details and specifics required to complete works in a timely mannerOngoing communication and interaction with customers to ensure we meet our commitments & customer related targets. Assisting with the submission of quotations.Creating Project commencement packages including SWMS, risk registers and site documentation Maintaining, reviewing & updating database informationRaising Purchase OrdersAssisting with the coordinate a team of 10+ technicians to attend and complete monthly maintenance and quoted works.Dispatch technicians to reactive calls while meeting client KPI'sClosing out jobs within SimPRO and client management portalsCreating and submission of invoices Reviewing timesheets and submitting for approval About You As an Administrator, you will have the responsibility of outstanding customer service, working to deadlines & attention to detail as well as;Highly motivatedCustomer focused Computer systems proficiencyClear written and verbal communication skills, with a pleasant phone mannerIntermediate computer skills: in Excel, Word, Outlook and PDF editorExperience working with simPRO and Asset Manager (highly regarded but not essential)Business Administration certificate (Highly regarded but not essential) Ability to work in a team environmentExcellent customer serviceExperience in a similar role (Highly regarded but not essential) Benefits and Culture Competitive remuneration packageTeam lunches & eventsSupportive work environment with a highly ambitious & motivated teamFlexible work arrangementsExtra day off a year on your birthdayTraining oppotunities
