You will develop your career in an organisation that prides itself on 'making a difference' and it provides you with an opportunity to work in the State's largest employer, the Tasmanian Public sector.Please get in touch with the contact officer listed below if you have any questions about how we can support you while you work with skilled professionals in an innovative work environment.Hours per fortnightUp to 73.50 hours per fortnight - flexible options available.DutiesCompletes allocated audit tasks in accordance with the audit plan, agreed or set timeframes and Office standards of performance and accountability.Records results of audit work for review by team leader.Advises other members of the audit team of issues in a timely manner and offers solutions.Assists in the preparation of drafts for the Auditor-General's Report to Parliament.Use of business systems such as Word, Excel and the internet to perform routine tasks.Performance is measured against Key Performance Indicators that are developed and agreed to for each role in the Office and documented in annual Performance Plans.Pre-employment ChecksThe Head of the State Service has determined that the person nominated for this position is to satisfy a pre-employment check before taking up the appointment, promotion or transfer.
