Our client is a family-owned and operated business of 30 years, located in the beautiful Gold Coast suburb of Burleigh Heads.We supply whole and processed fresh fruit and vegetables to the food industry of Southeast Queensland and Northern New South Wales.Due to the expansion of our ever-growing business, we are seeking a reliable and efficient Admin Office All-Rounder to join our team.The RolePerform a variety of administrative tasks, including migration of physical files into digital copies, managing correspondence, and handling customer inquiries via phone and email as necessary.Provide executive assistance to the Directors and General Manager.Manage inbound and outbound calls.Data entry (entering orders, inventory management, updating company systems).Provide support regarding accounts payable/receivable such as reviewing invoices, bank deposits, invoicing, etc.Manage booking deliveries, arranging logistics, and rostering schedules.Office management and maintenance, ensuring the office space is organised and clean.Plan and organise company events including booking venues, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring smooth event logistics.RequirementsMinimum of one year of administrative experience, ideally within a dynamic environment.Competent with Microsoft Office Suite.Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused mindset.Proven capacity to manage various tasks and switch between responsibilities efficiently.Highly punctual, reliable, and able to maintain confidentiality.Ambition to advance professionally, with a keen interest in pursuing future opportunities.Apply today and join our dynamic team!
