Dedicated to empowering educators and improving student outcomes, the team develops and integrates technology-driven solutions that foster active, engaging, and impactful learning experiences. A key initiative, Cogniti, utilizes generative AI to provide personalised, interactive support for students while streamlining administrative tasks for educators, redefining how technology enhances education.The team is seeking 3x Educational Designers to advance learning through the redesign of assessment and use of educational resources and technologies in innovative ways. In this role, you will collaborate with academics to design, develop, and implement engaging and authentic assessments and learning experiences. Your contributions will drive progress in student-centered learning by adopting and integrating new technologies, improving outcomes, and delivering exceptional learning experiences.Reporting to the Senior Manager (Learning Environments), your key responsibilities will be to:provide expert advice and technical support to academic and teaching staff in creating and developing educational resources with Cogniti and generative AIdesign and deliver cutting-edge eLearning and multimedia solutions to improve student engagement and learning outcomesanalyse current educational technology usage and recommend innovative tools and techniques for adoptioncoach academics on instructional strategies, activities, and assessments to support student-centered learningcollaborate with stakeholders to support the implementation of strategic educational initiatives across the Faculty.About youproficiency and experience in delivering education programs in a tertiary environment through the effective use of educational technologies including Learning Management Systems and generative AIdemonstrated expertise in designing and implementing student-centered eLearning and multimedia solutionsstrong problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritise tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlinesknowledge of educational design principles and the ability to apply these to develop innovative tools and resourcesexcellent communication skills and the ability to build strong working relationships with diverse stakeholdersa relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent professional experience.Sponsorship / work rights for AustraliaPlease note: you must have unrestricted work rights in Australia for the duration of this employment to apply.
