The role involves working as an Exercise Physiologist, Osteopath, Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist, Rehabilitation Counselor, Social Worker, or Registered Nurse to support clients in returning to work and life after physical or psychological injury.
This position requires:
* Conducting worksite assessments to determine suitable duties for clients
* Collaborating with health practitioners through case conferencing
* Organising rehabilitation activities, including Pilates and Hydrotherapy
* Reviewing medical reports and completing ergonomic assessments
