We also have a separate product team, Shape Construction, that takes the deep understanding of the projects we work on and uses it to develop dedicated construction management software products.

The Role
Purpose of the role
You'll coordinate and manage various aspects of our marketing activities, online and off. This includes managing our social media, website, and events, from strategy-setting to execution and development, all with the goal of building our brand and increasing our reach on a global scale.
Your Top 5 Responsibilities
Project manage content – Generate or coordinate the creation and distribution of content, both written and visual for our website, social media and sales activities. Ensure all marketing projects are delivered on time, to a high quality. Connect our marketing with sales and talent teams – Support the marketing team's role as an "internal agency" for sales and recruitment teams to ensure our marketing meets their needs. Join us in developing a seamless lead-generation approach. Lead and develop our events, ensuring we maintain an active and regular schedule of events that entertain and educate our team and guests. Design, manage and improve processes –Ensure that our marketing engine is well turned and continuously getting better. Your Capabilities
