The Senior Office Manager is accountable to the Director Office of the Chief Executive Officer (OCEO) for providing high level executive support to the Chief Executive Officer, contributing to the governance and timely organisational office management of the SALHN. This role will have a strong working relationship with other senior officers and the Director OCEO regarding any key corporate functions, including Corporate Policies, induction/onboarding of staff and contracts as required. The role is responsible for ensuring consistency and oversight of best practice management of the strategic committees supporting the SALHN Executive Team. The incumbent will anticipate any issues that may need the attention of the CEO; provide professional leadership, direction and support to the Executive Assistants in the Executive Office and facilitate the development of strategic corporate and management initiatives, as well as support and enhance administrative functionality for the LHN Executive, including the CEO. About the role: Duties for the role will include: Managing the CEO's diary and general correspondence. Collating relevant information and prepare correspondence and reports in a timely manner. Providing advice on a range of critical issues in relation to the capture, exchange, and presentation of information. Monitoring quality timeliness of correspondence and compliance of systems in accordance with established corporate policies. Providing direction to office support services within the Office of the CEO. About you: To be successful in this role, you will need: Experience in initiating and managing change. Experience in liaising with senior executives and providing high level verbal and written responses. Proven ability to make effective decisions in a timely manner. Demonstrated high level oral and written communication skills. Experience in management of an executive office or similar.
