The Role Your busy day will be varied and challenging. Initially, you will be trained in their systems as they are quite complex and then as you learn so the role will progress. Support National Financial Controller in all aspects of role across Finance - including AP/AR & payroll, HR - including employment contracts, compliance, Business reporting, analysis and administration General office administration and admin support to Operations team Assist in managing AR/AP team as well as A/P data entry into MYOB Prepare & lodge business/financial commitments - bank recs, BAS, IAS, Payroll Tax, Workcover, Super & other insurances Assist with supplier agreements & credit applications Maintain business compliance task calendar Relief PAYROLL processing, as required Support preparation of policies and procedures Support routine an ad hoc business intelligence reporting Administer various business registers Support Critical to this role: Degree in Accounting/HR would be advantageous Must have experience in Payroll Experience in MYOB -advantageous but not essential Intermediate EXCEL skills How you will be valued: Competitive remuneration based on experience On site parking Career development & educational experience Safe working environment within an exciting, fast paced, diverse workplace 5 weeks annual leave and bonuses after the first year This is really a great opportunity for someone who likes a challenge, wants to be a part of a warm and cohesive team of individuals who know how to have fun and work hard at the same time.
