You will be working within a high performing team of inspectors and administration personal in delivering the team strategies whilst working closely with other teams to deliver the required outcomes of the Practitioner Compliance directorate. Responsibilities include: - Assist in developing, scheduling of both desk and site-based audits and inspections. - Assist in reviewing program documentation. - Draft and review inspection reports. - Collaborate with your colleagues across the team and the Department and assist in bringing awareness and education to the industry. - Supporting the Manager Compliance – Electrical Inspections in various functions - Providing advice and assistance to the electrical inspection team To be successful in this role you will have: - Demonstrated experience in AS/NZS 3000 Wiring Rules and Service Installations Rules and the ability to apply this knowledge to complex inspections and investigations - Strong ability to interpret legislation - Excellent ability to work within a team of itinerant inspectors to achieve positive regulatory outcomes - Current NSW Qualified Supervisor – Electrical license, equivalent or possess the required qualifications to obtain relevant licence If you’d like to know more about this amazing role, you are encouraged to contact Bruce Blacker at bruce.blackercustomerservice.nsw.gov.au.
