The selected candidate would be responsible for assisting and supporting the Australian sales executive team, in addition to leading, managing, and supporting governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) engagements for New Era’s client base.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cybersecurity, risk, and compliance as well as project management. Furthermore, the ideal candidate must have good customer service experience and an ability to foster strong and enduring relationships with peers, customers, leaders, and service delivery teams.Lastly, the ideal candidate is expected to manage the full engagement lifecycle, including coordination with sales, recruiting, operations, finance, and other service delivery teams with day-to-day project management and oversight of the engagement.Responsibilities:Provide pre-sales support to the Australian sales executive team, attending client meetings, developing engagement scoping documents and Statement of Work (SoW) documents.Work closely with SecureBlu leadership, Security Principals and other SecureBlu division members in the support of New Era’s client base.Perform cybersecurity related engagements and provide services for virtual Chief Information Security Officer (vCISO) and GRC advisory services.Support in maturing SecureBlu’s cybersecurity and GRC programs and service offerings.Liaise with other New Era service divisions regarding secure architecture, management, and service delivery for the Australian customer base.Manage the engagement lifecycle in an organized and transparent manner.Publish key documentation for stakeholder review and document deliverable approvals.Document and maintain project milestones, milestone dates, and dependencies.Provide Incident Response coordination support for the Australian customer base as required.This remote position can be performed from anywhere in Australia.Your application will include the following questions:Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in Australia?How many years' experience do you have as a Security Consultant?Do you have technical pre-sales experience?Have you completed a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) certification?Which of the following cybersecurity certifications have you completed?What's your expected annual base salary?New Era Technology works with customers in Australia and across the world as a trusted technology adviser, helping deliver valuable technology solutions that improve efficiencies and experiences to their employees and customers.Our global team of engineers, designers, and technology experts help break down the barriers that impede productive and secure work through purpose-built solutions including Collaboration & UC, Data Networking, Security, Cloud, Managed, and Professional services.With more than 45 offices and 2000 employees worldwide, New Era is committed to delivering software solutions that connect people, places and information in a rapidly changing digital world.
