The Role:
1. Respond to enquiries from clients and stakeholders in a timely manner regarding the AMEP programs.
2. Determine student eligibility
3. Managing the pre-enrolment process of AMEP students with guidance from Lead Educator and International department
4. Schedule PTAs
5. Enter key data into ARMS online
6. Provide counselling function to AMEP contract as outlined in contract between AMES and BKI
7. Monitor compliance with Institute policies and procedures, providing timely and accurate provision of reports, minutes of meetings and collection of data
