Our Bar and Gaming team play an important part in our Club operations.
Wests Cardiff currently have a casual opportunity available for a customer-focused individual at our Wests Cardiff site, located on Munibung Road.
Wests Gaming and Beverage operations provide quality service to our members and guests.
Key responsibilities include: Provide friendly customer service Gaming machine service Drink orders and delivery to machines Preparation and service of beverages Reset and payout jackpot wins Operation of Tab and Keno terminals Cleaning of work station and equipment Operation of tills and cash handling Maintain cleanliness of amenities and public areas Assist members and guests with club enquiries Collect glasses from the floor and return to bar areas for cleaning This position will require availability on Friday nights and weekends, with reasonable availability Monday to Thursday.
As this position is key during peak periods for our venues, shifts are rostered from the evening through to early hours of the morning.
During peak food service times, you may be required to assist with bistro operations.
Certifications required: RSA, RCG.
Please note that if you are successful in this role, you will be offered the option to complete a fully funded Certificate III in Hospitality as part of your employment with The Wests Group.
